Did well this last week with my goal to get more fruit. Did not do the exercising I should have. This week's goal is to continue the fruit and get at LEAST 3 days exercise in!
I am using the exchange lists and the TOPS excel page and diary. My goal is to lose 50 lbs. this year. But mainly, I just want to feel better. I have leg pain, and have more and more trouble just moving. I want to feel better and have more energy.
