Breakfast Cake-4 Ingredients

YOU ONLY NEED 4 INGREDIENTS-This receipe I created for those speedy must have breakfast mornings. The kids has practice, the coffee machine is broken the family is hungry and you have less than an hour to get the house in order and cook a well balanced meal in the morning. The reason it is called a breakfast cake is because it is a fast handheld healthy cake. Sweet and Eazy.
NEEDS:
1 can of pillsbury flaky buttermilk biscuits (mmmm buttery)
5 eggs
Milk
Cooked Bacon ( Optional ) (or cooked breakfast meat of your choice)
Preperation: HEAT OVER TO 350.
Put eggs in large mixing bowl and mix with salt/pepper and 1/3 milk. Spray cassarole dish with cooking spray. Split the Flacky biscuits in half by flack and place a layer on the bottom of the pan, then bacon pour 1/3 of the eggs over that repeat. The last (top) layer should have a a layer of flacky biscuits, brush with butter.
Let Cook for 20 minutes until the top browns. Let stand for 5 minutes. Cut and Serve in a paper towel.
