Chourico and Veggies

Ever try Chourico (the Portuguese Sausage) and veggies? It is really yummy.
1. Saute Chourico in butter on low to med. flame.
2. Add frozen stir-fry vegetables once meat is slightly browned.
3. Add salt, pepper, garlic and other spices to taste (not too much)
4. Mix all together in pan until veggies are heated to consistency.
5. Put on platter. Serve with plain rice or JAG (Cape Verdean Rice)
6. EAT TO YOUR HEART'S CONTENT. ENJOY......
