Why? You ask. Well there are several reasons.

1. Because is cooks over a long period even the toughest meat become tender - so you can buy those really cheap cuts of meat.
2. Because it's easy to use. Put it on in the morining and your meals ready at night. You won't be tempted to get take out and thus save.
3. Because you can cook a huge amount up and freeze the left overs for a quick meal some other tims.
