I was raised by depression era parents so wasting was never a part of our life. I have learned countless things over the years from my mother who was the most frugal but generous person I have ever known!!! I am so thankful that she taught me these things because in this time of high gas prices and grocery prices I use them daily!!!

Being cheap is environmental
The cheapest way to live is environmentally friendly.
No cost outdoor lighting to use 75% less electrical light bulbs to replacing paper products with cloth.

The Weather Warrior Babes Blog
Three time cancer survivor PRAISE GOD and wife and mom of two preciously awesomely beautiful daughters! They are 7 and 11. I am a Christ follower.
I am also part Cherokee.
I am a local weather espotter reporter for a tv station.
I am a NOAA E-Spotter and a weather chaser for them and in a weather chasing group.
I love all aspects of the weather and love watching the skies.
I like the great outdoors and love my HARLEY DAVIDSON motorcycle. I love riding with my handsome hubby and friends. I love animals and like to volunteer with children.
I like computer graphics and love e-mail!
I LOVE to bake and cook and run a little pet bakery out of my home.
I just hope to maybe post good tips and weather related pics and make new friends and share ideas and fellowship about our God.

Broken Cacti limbs
I have a 3 ft. tall cactus that broke off 2 large shoots in the. I was wondering.....this may be a very naive question, but can I attach the 2 broken shoots with duck tape (haha) and will it heal itself and grown roots back to the base....or should I go back to just repotting them? I know you are all thinking this girl is crazy, but at least you'll get a good laugh, but I thought to give it a shot! Help anyone?
